Stopped in for a late lunch while I was passing through town. This is a really nice place with a good selection & variety in the menu. I was seated immediately and the atmosphere inside was cozy and they had a nice seating area outside. My server Angela was fantastic. She was attentive and knowledgeable without coming on too strong. I had the Hawaiian pizza and it was delicious, sauce, cheese, crust, toppings all great, I'd say about a 7-7.5 on the Barstool scale. Overall a great experience & a nice place to stop for a meal anytime.
Food was fantastic, I got the Smoked Brisket Hogie Birra. Was the best brisket sandwich this trip. Highly recommend. For the bourbon enthusiasts & tourists like me out there, get ready to drool. See the pics. Also they have all of the Wellers at the bar including C.Y. O. P. B. (White label) for sampling $.
So good! Small group dinner during an out of town tournament and everyone incuding the picky eaters and gluten free eaters were pleased with their choices! And fast friendly service. A total Win!
Decided to go on Valentines night, which coincided with a Friday night out. The 57th St. location wasn't busy at all, so we were able to get seated Immediately. We attempted to order some fried pickles and fries as an appetizer, but were informed that the fryers were down. My kids both got the barbecue brisket mac & cheese and I got the brisket Birria pizza. Neither of my kids liked the mac & cheese because the sauce was overly sweet (same IMO), so we swapped out for chislic (which was perfectly cooked). The Birria pizza was delicious… I love birria tacos in general and this nailed all the flavors, right down to the consommé dip. Our server was excellent as well!
Never a bad time when I stop in. Food always good and the beer keeps coming! Tried a new menu item the last time I stopped in - pulled pork birria. EXCELLENT!!! It was so damn delicious and I couldn't stop saying yum. Ask for extra napkins!
Really good food, Chislic was perfect; pizza was very good though i wish the crust was a bit crispier. Stout was spot on and Old fashioned was standard.
Nice environment, furniture well taken care of. Waitress was prompt and helpful. I got the Farmhouse Burger and my friend got the Barrel Burger. They have a nice patio, as well as plenty of room inside and in the parking lot.
